All SpiceRaga namkeens are made exclusively with 100% pure groundnut oil (also known as mungfali ka tel). This is the traditional oil used by halwais across India — it gives our namkeens their authentic flavour and aroma that you simply cannot get from palm oil.
Absolutely not. SpiceRaga has a strict no palm oil policy across all products. Palm oil became common in commercial namkeens only because it is cheap and extends shelf life. We believe authentic taste matters more than convenience which is why we never use it.
Three things set us apart: (1) We use 100% groundnut oil — no palm oil ever. (2) Our recipes come directly from Rajasthani halwai traditions passed down through generations. (3) We partner with local halwais and support women artisans in our hometown. Every pack is made with care, not just scaled on a factory line.
Yes, all SpiceRaga products are 100% vegetarian. We do not use any meat, egg, or non-vegetarian ingredients of any kind. Each product is clearly labelled with its ingredient list and FSSAI certification number.
Some products contain peanuts. Please check the individual product label for the full ingredient and allergen list. If you have specific allergies, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, seal the packet tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Avoid refrigerating as moisture can affect the crispness. Ideally consume within 7–10 days of opening for the best taste.
Our products have a shelf life of 100 to 120 days from the date of manufacture, clearly printed on each pack. Because we use groundnut oil and no artificial preservatives, we recommend consuming within this period for optimal freshness and flavour.
Yes, we ship pan-India. We currently deliver to most pin codes across all major cities and towns. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability to your area.
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.) typically receive orders within 4–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee applies. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves into processing and packaging. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at our email or phone number with your Order ID.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and email address to get the latest status.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or tampered product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund your order.
