SpiceRaga™ by Aarishi Foods, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns and cancellations:

• Returns:

  At SpiceRaga, we prioritize freshness and quality in every product to ensure you have a delightful experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
  However, your satisfaction matters to us. If, in the rare instance, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order at shilpa@spiceraga.com. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.

• Exchanges:
  Exchanges are not applicable as we aim to resolve issues through refunds.

• Refunds:

  Refunds, if approved as a resolution, will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method, UPI or bank account.
